Question 1

What can I check with Cercioro?

Accepted Answer

You can check a site’s availability, follow its links and test forms using test data and a configured success signal. Results, confirmed incidents and history appear in your dashboard.

Question 2

Does Cercioro check my website automatically?

Accepted Answer

Automatic monitoring is disabled in this release. You can run the available checks from your account; no recurring checks start while the switch remains off.

Question 3

When are availability or recovery alerts sent?

Accepted Answer

Alerts are prepared from a confirmed outage or recovery transition. Alert delivery is disabled, so no automatic emails are currently sent.

Question 4

What do reports include and when are they created?

Accepted Answer

You can create a report for the previous calendar week. A snapshot of existing results is saved to your account and its PDF can be downloaded later. Scheduling and automatic delivery are inactive. If there is no data for the period, the report says so and does not calculate metrics without observations.

Question 5

What does Cercioro Pro cost and include?

Accepted Answer

Cercioro Pro costs 19 USD per month. It includes up to 10 sites, checks every 5 minutes, one configurable alert recipient, availability, link and form checks, a dashboard, history and PDF reports. There is no free plan, trial or annual billing. Alert delivery is not currently active.

Question 6

When does paid access become available?

Accepted Answer

After checkout, Cercioro checks the purchase and active subscription on the server for your signed-in account. Returning from checkout alone does not unlock paid features. If verification is pending or fails, access stays closed.

Question 7

How do I create an account or sign in again?

Accepted Answer

You can create an account, sign in or recover access without a subscription. Then use pricing or account management to start checkout; paid site features unlock only after server verification.

Question 8

How can I contact customer support?

Accepted Answer

For customer support, email support@cercioro.com.
